When do we share personal data?

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to manage our email marketing subscriber lists, deliver our newsletter, and record statistical data concerning email openings and links clicked user responses. If you have opted into receiving marketing information from Globe Business College Munich then personal information such as your name, email address and telephone number may be transmitted and stored on a Mailchimp server in the US. MailChimp is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and neither Mailchimp nor the College rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Our website uses technology by YouTube LLC (‘YouTube’) to embed videos from our official YouTube channel directly onto our site pages. How long will the data be stored for?
