Bachelor (Hons) in Business
The BA (Hons) degree is fully accredited by the Irish government (see QQI, www.qqi.ie) and is awarded by our partner College in Ireland, Griffith College (www.gcd.ie). Globe College has state acceptance in Bavaria with Griffith College, to offer all three years of this degree programme in Germany. The degree is on the Anabin database (which lists all degrees that are recognised in Germany). The degree is a fully accredited European qualification with 180 ECTS credits and is issued with an official Diploma Supplement (a requirement for European-recognised degrees under the Bologna process). Foundation Certificate in Business
The Higher National Certificate (HNC) is on the national qualifications framework in England. After successful completion of one semester of the HNC (five modules), students can, where agreed, gain entry to the Bachelor (Hons) in Business degree offered at Globe Business College Munich, or choose to apply to join degree programmes in the UK or further afield. On successful completion of two semesters (eight modules), students will be awarded a Higher National Certificate (HNC). The HNC is not recognised in Germany but can be used for Degree programmes in England and further afield. Please contact us for a list of universities that recognise this programme.
The Higher National Certificate programme (HNC) is a BTEC qualification that is accredited by Pearson. Pearson is the UK’s largest awarding body and is regulated by Ofqual (England), SQA Accreditation (Scotland), CCEA Accreditation (Northern Ireland) and Qualifications (Wales). Pearson offer academic and vocational qualifications that are globally recognised and benchmarked, with educational excellence rooted in names like Edexcel, BTEC, EDI and LCCI. Their vocational qualifications include Edexcel NVQ and BTEC from entry level to Higher National Diplomas.
