Visit to Munich Oktoberfest 2010

GBCM kicked of the semester with a visit to the Oktoberfest on Friday the 1st of October. Students and lecturers alike enjoyed the electric atmosphere in the Hippodrom Festzelt till late into the afternoon. The evening was spent riding rides and walking the festival grounds, enjoying the anniversary of the 200th Oktoberfest Celebration. As with every year the Oktoberfest afforded a great opportunity to meet both old acquaintances and new friends.
