Enterprise Day at the Bavarian International School

As part of the ongoing collaboration between the Bavarian International School (BIS) and GBCM, Dr Susan Walsh acted as a judge at the BIS Enterprise Day at the BIS on the 11th April.

For the event, year 9 students were required to present a business plan for the development of a theme park in Europe. In developing the business plan, students were required to consider the location for the park, the marketing strategy, costs and financial aspects of the plan as well as produce a mock ride for the theme park.

Following the each group’s presentation, four were chosen to take part in the final. The overall winners were awarded prizes donated by Globe College.

The event was both enjoyable and educationally beneficial and we look forward to being involved again next year. Well done to the winning team!
