Date with the Dean: The Interview Series

We are very happy to announce Tom O’Gorman as our guest for this week’s Date with the Dean, on Wednesday, 10th November at 12pm (CET).

Tom O’Gorman has been an active investor and seed capitalist to businesses for over 40 years. He has invested in the oil, gas and mineral exploration sector, and was Founder and Chair of Cove Energy PLC (sold for $1.9 Billion), and an Investor with successful exits from a number of listed companies including Avoca Resources PLC and Petroceltic PLC.

O’Gorman is currently a Director of Westmount Energy PLC and a Director & former owner of a number of private hotels in Ireland including the Blarney Hotel & Golf Resort and The Clybaun Hotel.

O’Gorman is also committed to giving back to the community and works with several local charities, including setting up Phoenix Resources, a Community Project which aims to reduce prison re-offending.
