Date with the Dean: The Interview Series

Dr Walsh talks to Thomas Stein (top manager in the music industry) and singer/songwriter Tom Gregory about business, the current crisis and the skills important for today’s dynamic business environment. Join us for a fun, informative session and listen to great perspectives from two business people at different stages of their career. Knowing Dr Walsh’s persuasive skills, we will get a bar of a song from Tom by the end!!! The interview will take place on Wednesday, 1st April from 4.30pm to 5.15pm on Zoom.

Tom Gregory is a singer from Blackpool and one of the UK's most promising young songwriters. He first gained musical attention in late 2017 when he released his debut single “Run to You”. It gained particular popularity in Germany, reaching 26 on the Official German AirPlay Charts. He won the 2019 Audi Generation Award in the "Music International" category.

Thomas Stein is a top manager in the music industry and a former juror from ProSieben's 'Popstars'. His area of expertise include entrepreneurship, marketing, sales trends and music. He guided internationally acclaimed singers such as Peter Maffay, Alicia Keyes, Falco, and SNAP towards success.
