Industrial Visit: allmilmö Headquarters, Bavaria

On Wednesday 15th October 2014 students and faculty were invited to visit the headquarters of allmilmö. Part of the La Cour Group, allmilmö is a leading manufacturer of high quality kitchen furniture based in Zeil am Main in Bavaria. Each kitchen is made to order and can be customised to the customer’s individual wishes. allmilmö deliver to clients across the globe, with China, France and the US being some of their leading markets outside of Germany.

Following a friendly welcome from Mrs La Cour and an insightful company presentation from Mr Rückert and Mr Schmitt, students were given a tour of the factory and workshop so they could see the full production process. We then visited the showroom to view the finished product.

Students were also invited to enjoy a three course lunch created by a local chef in the allmilmö show and event kitchen.
