On successful completion of years one and two, students are awarded internationally recognised qualifications that are validated by Edexcel. Edexcel (www.edexcel.org.uk) is the UK’s largest awarding body, providing qualifications in more than 550 further education colleges and higher education institutes in England. The company is responsible for qualifications ranging from A Levels right through to foundation degrees. Outside of England, Edexcel operates in over 100 countries in the world, from Australia to Zimbabwe, with over 400,000 students receiving BTEC qualifications each year.
Edexcel qualifications are recognised internationally and credits achieved through a Higher National Certificate or Higher National Diploma course can be transferred to other third level institutions in over 30 countries world wide.
On successful completion of year three, students are awarded a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from our partner college, Griffith College Dublin (www.gcd.ie). This degree is accredited by HETAC (www.hetac.ie) which is the qualifications awarding body for third level educational institutions in Ireland. The body, which is accountable to the Irish government, is responsible for setting standards, accrediting programmes and awarding qualifications at all levels of Irish higher education and training.
As the national qualification of an EU member state, HETAC degrees are recognised internationally which means that holders of such qualifications can access a wide range of postgraduate and professional programmes both in Ireland and internationally.
